This policy explains how OperSimple handles information when businesses, their workers, and their customers use our website and field-service operations platform.

Information we collect

We collect account and business information, employee profiles, customer contact details, job and scheduling information, invoices, payment records, communication preferences, uploaded content, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure OperSimple, process requested workflows, deliver authorized customer communications, support users, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

Mobile information and consent

Mobile numbers and messaging consent are used only to provide the messaging program requested by the applicable business and customer. We do not sell mobile information or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Service providers

We may use vetted service providers for hosting, databases, observability, communications, and payment processing. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by OperSimple.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant separation, logging, and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update information through the platform, revoke communication consent, request access or correction, or ask for account and data deletion. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Business responsibilities

Businesses using OperSimple control the customer and worker information they enter. Questions about a service business's use of your information should first be directed to that business. OperSimple provides the software platform; it does not provide the underlying field service.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@opersimple.com.
